YouTube To Use AI for Age Protection

YouTube will extend its age protection capabilities by using AI to analyze signals that distinguish adult from under-18 viewers. Under-18 viewers will not be able to view adult content, although anyone misidentified as a teenager will be able to verify their age with a credit card or government ID. The solution will also automatically disable personalized advertising to non-adults.

HubSpot Now Has a CRM Connector for Claude

HubSpot now has a connector that links the customer data in its CRM to Anthropic’s LLM, Claude. Claude will provide insights, answers and visualizations within HubSpot workflows and the connector is available immediately to HubSpot customers with paid Claude subscriptions. This comes immediately after enhancements to HubSpot’s ChatGPT integration, allowing the LLM to answer quick questions relating to HubSpot data.

Disney and OpenAI Reach Licensing Agreement for Sora

Disney has agreed to license more than 200 characters, costumes, and environments (but not voices or talent likenesses) to OpenAI for Sora, its gen AI video platform. This is highly unusual for Disney, which generally sues AI models for copyright infringement; in fact, it sued Google for that a day before announcing the OpenAI deal. Disney will also invest $1 billion in OpenAI, nicely illustrating how very eager they are to join the AI party.
