Fujifilm Australia teams up with annalise.ai to offer cutting-edge AI to healthcare professionals

The partnership between Fujifilm, an imaging company, and annalise.ai, a medical imaging company is designed to offer imaging tools to speed the work of medical professionals. Its lead product, CXR Edge, does X-ray analysis and using AI can identify up to 95 different clinical findings in less than 10 seconds.

Australian social influencers, beware!

Australia’s Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) watchdog has launched a sweep to find social media influencers who publish misleading testimonials and other types of misinformation in sectors where social influence is most widespread, including fashion, beauty and cosmetics, food and beverage, travel, health fitness and wellbeing, parenting, gaming and technology. The agency also intends to act against sites that it finds are not acting in the best interest of the consumer.

China’s JD.com to shut e-commerce sites in Indonesia, Thailand

China-based e-commerce platform JD.com is said to be closing its e-commerce services in Indonesia and Thailand. JD.com will end its services in Thailand from March 3 and in Indonesia from March 31, its local websites showed. Both shopping sites will stop taking orders on Feb 15. The company will continue to serve global markets, including Southeast Asia, through its supply chain infrastructure.
