Around 70% of CMOs Unhappy With Their Tech: Merkle
As many as 69% of CMOs are unhappy with their inadequate or disconnected tech stacks, according to the 2025 Global CMO Navigator report from Merkle. Seventy percent see a lack of an enterprise-wide strategy for digital transformation. Nevertheless, it’s full steam ahead for predictive capabilities focused on customer needs, with 97% saying they are making those investments.
