If you do business in Virginia take note! The state’s new SB 754 amendment to the Virginia Consumer Protection Act requires obtaining consent for disclosure of reproductive or sexual health information by any “supplier” of companies doing business in Virginia. This applies broadly beyond traditional health care businesses.
