Emplifi Aggregates Customer Experience Data for Analytics

Emplifi offers a combination of social marketing, reputation management, and customer service solutions.   They’ve just added Unified Analytics, which aggregates data from those sources into a central repository and makes it available for analysis.  It’s not a full-fledged CDP but is a step in that direction.
