Didomi Picks Up Rival CMP Sourcepoint

The consent management space is consolidating as Didomi acquires former rival Sourcepoint with its strong publisher market share. The acquisition is backed by Didomi’s Marlin Equity Partners, which recently completed a majority investment in the company to support its global expansion. The recently acquired server-side tagging platform Addingwell will now serve Sourcepoint as well as Didomi customers.
