South Korea’s largest internet company Naver Corp has inked a deal to acquire Poshmark, Inc., a United States-listed social e-commerce marketplace for new and secondhand style, for approximately $1.2 billion.
Australian logistics company Shippit has acquired Singapore-based tech developer Luwjistik in a US$11.3 million deal. Following the acquisition, Shippit will double down on growth in Southeast Asia by leveraging Luwjistik’s tech, expertise, and local network.
Foodology, which a year ago had its Series A for US$15 million, just announced a new round of US $50 million.
