Most Security Professionals Don’t Know Whether Their Tools Are Working

Many reports have found that security professionals consider data breaches inevitable. But it’s a good day to reinforce the point with this study from Ponemon Institute and AttackIQ, which found fewer than half of IT experts are confident their organizations can stop data breaches with current resources. Perhaps worse, 53% don’t even know well their tools are working.
