Privacy an ongoing challenge and priority for advertisers

Nearly 90% of respondents from ad agencies and publishers surveyed by Proximic by Comscore for its “State of Privacy in Advertising Report,” reported privacy legislation had a moderate to significant impact on their ability to deliver personalized ads. Audience targeting and measurement capabilities are also big concerns. Advertisers are trying a range of tactics, including use of AI, to stay competitive.

Children’s Privacy: Talkspace’s therapy platform for NYC teens may violate privacy laws

Teenspace, a free online therapy platform and the product of a $26 million partnership between New York City’s Health Department and teletherapy company Talkspace, may violate state and federal privacy laws, say privacy advocates.
