Amazon India is developing a generative artificial intelligence (AI) tool called SahAI (help/assist) for its business partners to help them with the backend of any product. Still in trial stage, this new generative AI is aimed at breaking barriers and helping many new businesses to come on the marketplace.
Experian, one of India’s leading credit bureaus and Gupshup, the leading conversational engagement platform, have partnered to offer credit scores to consumers on WhatsApp. The chatbot-based WhatsApp journey makes it convenient for consumers to access credit reports, track irregularities and detect fraud. With this initiative, the number of consumers checking their credit scores at Experian has grown almost two-fold since the service was launched.
Australia’s largest telco, Telstra is acquiring tech consultancy Versent along with its subsidiary Stax, which provides self-serve cloud management for AU$267.5 million. The intent is to help Telstra meet growing demand for cloud-led services.
