Video streaming and hosting platform Brightcove has been acquired by Bending Spoons for around $233 million. Bending Spoons already owns some familiar apps like Evernote, WeTransfer and Remini. The deal is expected to close in H1 2025.
Customer experience platform InMoment has launched AI Journey Insights. The new solution leverages LLMs and NLP (natural language processing) to map customer journey touchpoints, including from unstructured data like conversations. This should reveal the impact of journey touchpoints without the need for manual analysis.
