Adobe and Microsoft will expand their partnership to bring Adobe Experience Cloud workflows and insights to Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. This will enable marketers to use insights from both Adobe Experience Cloud and Microsoft 365 to Microsoft Copilot so that users can work with generative AI in Outlook, Teams, Word and other Microsoft applications. Adobe Workfront will also be able to work across these applications.
Among the many product announcements at Adobe Summit 2024 was Real-Time CDP Collaboration, a data clean room for advertisers and publishers. Real-Time CDP will also be able to pull data directly from AWS, Snowflake and other data warehouses. Most of the other announcements related to Firefly generative AI tools and included an AI assistant embedded across Experience Platform.
Email and mobile personalization platform Movable Ink has announced a new integration between its Da Vinci content personalization solution and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Joint customers will be able to develop content assets aimed at each individual email recipient and bring them into Adobe Journey Optimizer for deployment. This builds on an existing integration between Movable Ink Da Vinci and Adobe Campaign.
