In Brief: Surfshark, ExpressVPN and lead way out of India for VPN providers

The companies are pulling servers out of the country in response to India’s new data retention law, which will begin requiring cloud storage services, VPNs and data centers to turn over data when the government deems it useful in fighting cybercrime.
