Oracle Unity CDP Expands Integrations

‘Tis the season for CDP announcements. Yesterday was Oracle’s turn and the theme was integration: they offered integrations with Sourcepoint and OneTrust privacy systems and tighter integration with Oracle’s own Eloqua, Data Management Platform, and Infinity streaming data collector. Also added: support for B2B data models and a universal data collection tag.

Accretive Media Retargets Out-of-Home Ad Viewers on Connected TVs

The line between fantasy and reality just got even thinner with news that Accretive Media can now send connected TV ads to people who saw a particular digital out-of-home ad. They don’t explain how this happens but apparently they’re tracking mobile devices to know who was near each screen.

They found the most important attributes of customer service are accurate information and resolution (42%) and speed and efficiency (33%). Proving they know you was dead last at 2%. Zeta Global to Buy LiveIntent for $250 Million

CDP and marketing cloud vendor Zeta Global announced an agreement to purchase LiveIntent, which helps companies do email-based advertising.  The deal will let Zeta expand its identity graph, enter the publisher monetization business, and accelerate its mobile and retail media products.  Zeta will pay $77.5 million in cash and $172.5 million in common stock, with potential for additional payments based on performance.
