DOJ Launches Antitrust Lawsuit Against Apple

The Department of Justice, together with sixteen district attorneys, has filed its long-expected lawsuit against Apple alleging antitrust violations relating to the iPhone. It targets the iPhone’s resistance to working with non-Apple apps and devices such as third-party messaging platforms and smart watches. The suit also alleges Apple makes it difficult for consumers to switch smartphones.

Amperity Launches New Lakehouse Offering

Amperity has launched Lakehouse CDP,  which delivers CDP functions within “lakehouse” data stores including Snowflake and Databricks.  Amperity tools for data modeling, data quality, identity resolution, generative AI, segmentation, and performance measurement will send all results to a company’s own lakehouse rather than a separate Amperity-managed database.
