Children’s Privacy: Match and Bumble cancel ads on Meta over placement near sexually-explicit material

The dating apps pulled advertising after tests conducted by the Wall Street Journal and The Canadian Centre for Child Protection found major ad brand ads could be served alongside sexually explicit images. Other brands affected include Disney, Pizza Hut, and Walmart.

CDP mParticle Sold to Rokt for $300 Million

CDP mParticle is being acquired by ecommerce platform Rokt for a price of $300 million.  It’s the third acquisition of a leading independent CDP in a little over one month, following Uniphore’s purchase of ActionIQ and Contentstack’s purchase of Lytics.
