Galgo, the Chilean fintech founded as Migrante in 2018, has raised US $40 million to further expand in Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico, The company plans special emphasis Columbia and Mexico, which they expect to be leaders for short and mid-term growth. Galgo provides credits to guarantee car and motorcycle leasing as well as professional title validation to foreigners.

I couldn’t find any details but the idea seems to be a toolkit of techniques ranging from ID-based targeting to, um, non-ID-based targeting. Presumably it reduces confusion rather than increasing it.
