Sticking with AI but closer to CDPs, “Self-Learning Data Platform” vendor Reltio has launched the next version of its system. Reltio gathers and unifies data like a CDP, but also uses its AI magic to organize non-customer data such as product and supplier information. And it generates automated predictions of customer behaviors such as churn.
Ok, blockchain marketplaces for consumers to sell their souls personal data are officially a thing. The latest is from Wibson, which will launch it at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona next week. We’ve previously see similar offerings from Thrive, Dabbl, and IOTA.
And more analytics: TV ad data from Alphonso has been integrated with IRI Lift, which measures the impact of media programs on retail sales. Alphonso has two data sets: one tracks exactly when and where TV ads are shown and the other tracks ads viewed on 40 million smart TVs and similar devices. All with thorough privacy protection, of course.
GrowthLoop will use TransUnion identity data to improve U.S. consumer match rates on client files sent to advertising media such as Facebook and Google Ads. The data should also help clients to find matches among records within their files, building more accurate customer profiles. GrowthLoop calls itself a “composable CDP”, meaning it works with data assembled in external data warehouses.
