Taiwan-based AI Martech firm TenMax announced the launch of a strategic channel partnership with Infobip, a global cloud communications platform, to bring advanced marketing automation and digital transformation solutions to the Indonesia market.

EZvolt, a Brazilian startup launched in 2019, is dedicated to providing electric vehicle charging services in residential and commercial condominiums, has raised a round of $2 million. With this capital injection, EZVolt will initiate several projects, including the launch of ultra-fast electric charging stations in Rio de Janeiro. Currently, EZVolt operates in 13 states in Brazil and has deployed more than 600 chargers, facilitating approximately 16,000 battery recharges per month.

Kunzapp, the startup based in Mexico and Chile specializing in enterprise software management, announced today that it has closed a $750,000 investment round. Nestcoin, a development company housing modern finance project Onboard, has secured $1.9 million in a strategic funding round. Hashed Emergent, a Web2.5 fund for builders from emerging markets, led the round. Alter Global, Magic Fund, CMT Digital, and 4DX Ventures are among the existing investors that took part. A cybersecurity study by password manager NordPass found Australian businesses ranked 11th among the top 15 countries with the most data leaks.
