Epsilon Adds CDP to Its Retail Media Platform

Epsilon, part of the Publicis Groupe, has unveiled an enhanced and expanded iteration of its retail media platform. Previously known as Citrus Ad by Epsilon, it is now branded Epsilon Retail Media. New features include a CDP and data clean room, access to Epsilon’s CORE ID customer identifier and data, and AI-based decisioning to select ad contents, place bids on open web ads, and measure results.
